Hand-dyed slowly, one batch at a time

Every skein of Knit Folk yarn is dyed by hand in my small studio. I work slowly and intuitively, treating each skein like its own little canvas. This means that no two are ever completely identical, even when they emerge from the same dye pot.

Most of my yarn is available to preorder. Working this way allows me to manage my workload carefully and dye each order individually.

Please allow up to six weeks for preorders to be dyed and prepared, although I will always try to have yours ready sooner.

Alongside my signature OG Rainbow yarn, I occasionally create small batches and one off limited edition colourways whenever inspiration strikes. These are available ready to send, but once they disappear into the wild, they may not return.
