Hello! I’m Amy, the creator of Knit Folk.

My love of fiber art began early, I first picked up a pair of knitting needles at age eight to make a blanket for my childhood dog, Sweep. Since then, my passion for knitting (and all things yarn) has only grown.

After many years of creating hand-knit pieces, I designed my first knitting pattern in early 2020 and dipped my toes into the world of hand-dyed yarns… and I haven’t looked back since.

Now, I feel incredibly lucky to spend my days creating beautiful things for you to treasure, wear, and enjoy
